They showed up on time and listened. They made a fast fair offer with a Texas Real Estate Commission contract with which we knew what was going to happen. You might get 30% more if you put it on the market and take the ride. The title company had a communication mix-up where we ran off a survey crew because we didn't know who was digging up our yard. Make sure you and the title company know how to best reach other before you really need to. We closed a couple of weeks early as desired and was able to do so remotely from out of state. We are now out of grand old Houston where we were born, raised, and worked for too many years. A toast to Mustang Realty team for the new year!
